The internet is the most significant invention (if that's the right word) of this era. It has changed lives, perceptions and possibilities. It has changed industries and professions more drastically than anybody could possibly have imagined ten years ago. Our work cultures, friends and most importantly, customers, have all changed the ways in which they interact.
The most amazing thing though is this: the period of change isn't over. It has only just begun.

Where before we needed high staffing levels, we can now automate or rely on web traffic. We can present live online where before we had to travel.
You must have strategies for at least three of the following basic uses or you are almost certainly wasting opportunities:
1, Generating leads.
2, Selling
3, Delivery goods or information
4, Presenting
5, Taking bookings
6, Providing info to customers
